Mr. Dalton is a seasoned IT professional with a strong background in education and technology. He currently serves as the Division Manager of Digital Content and Connectivity at Rwanda Polytechnic, overseeing IT infrastructure, systems, and EdTech initiatives across multiple campuses. With a Master’s degree in Mathematics, Cryptology, and Computer Security, and various IT certifications, Ngilishuti has over 18 years of experience in the education sector. He has held various IT positions and executed numerous IT development projects, demonstrating a blend of technical skills and leadership abilities. His career includes a stint at the European Molecular Biology Laboratory in Germany and a significant role in the Sida-supported Research Cooperation with Rwanda, where he led and completed numerous IT projects to enhance research capabilities at the University of Rwanda.
