The Deputy Vice Chancellor in charge of Academics, Research and Institutional Advancement

Deputy Vice Chancellor in charge of Academics, Research and Institutional Advancement (DVC ARIA) at Rwanda Polytechnic since October 2023. Prior to that, he served as Principal of Integrated Polytechnic Regional College (IPRC) Ngoma since September 2014 and Deputy principal in charge of Academics and Training at the same college since November 2012. Before joining the Academic leadership, Dipl.-Ing. Ephrem served as Head of Technical department at STRABAG GmbH/ Rwanda. He holds a Master’s of Science in Civil Engineering from the Technical University of Kaiserslautern/ Germany with specialization in Structural Engineering.
